A little help for your next step.
For Hello Future Citizen support, email our existing Tebco app-support inbox: wag@tailwhisper.win. Please put “Hello Future Citizen” in the subject.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version/build, study language, and what happened. Do not send immigration documents, identification numbers, passwords, audio recordings, or other sensitive personal information.
The voice is missing or sounds different.
Try the voice previews in Settings. English voice choices depend on voices installed on your iPhone. Additional voices may be available in iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Read & Speak (or Spoken Content) → Voices; settings names vary by iOS version. If a study-language voice is unavailable, you can still read and study without audio.
The microphone isn't available.
Recognition requires microphone and speech permissions and on-device English recognition support. You can type an answer or answer aloud and assess yourself instead. The app does not send recognition audio to a server and does not save audio or transcripts.
How do I review mistakes?
Finish a study session and choose Retry missed questions. Practice history also offers missed-question review. After recognizing an answer with choices, try the recall follow-up without choices.
Which test should I practice?
Confirm your test version and exemption eligibility with USCIS. The app includes the 2025 128-question bank. Regular mock practice uses a 12/20 threshold. The separate 65/20 path uses its marked 20-question subset and a 6/10 mock threshold. Practice results are not official interview results.
Who updates changing answers?
You enter and date answers you have verified for current officials and local questions in Settings. Recheck changing answers with official sources before your interview. Draft translations are study aids awaiting native-speaker review, not official USCIS translations.
Can I move my progress?
Progress is stored on your device; there is no app account or cross-device sync service. Standard device backups may include app data. Avoid deleting the app if you want to preserve local progress.
